[Debian-med-packaging] Updatable packages of debian-med

Hi,

I tested a script which tries to seek for new upstream versions in
packages which are subject of a Blend. This is my first official try
and I'm seeking for your opinions. The idea is inspired by some work of
Daniel Ledert from DebiChem. The plan is to run this script weekly but
I would like to discuss it here the first time. What do you think
about the following items:

 1. Sending to the Maintainer List (<debian-med-packaging at l.a.d.o>)
seems make sense to me because I think that maintainers of packages
are subscribed here. It might make also sense to post to the
general list to raise awareness of users who might be interested
in newer versions and are interested to help but I doubt that
chances are really high for this.

 2. What about pinging Packages not group maintained by
<debian-med-packaging at l.a.d.o>? Maintainers will probably not
get the notification. I decided to not to SPAM these maintainers
but rather let us manually browse this list and pinging these
people whether they are interested in Group maintenance.

 3. What do you think about the sectioning?
As you can see I have introduced headlines like
       Updatable packages in Task <task>
The rationale was that people can quickly jump to their
field of interest. However, some packages are sometimes
duplicated. Alternatively I could send one separate mail
per task - but this seemed a bit "SPAMy" to me.

 4. Any other ideas? You are the beta testers before I might ping
    other projects about this.

Kind regards

       Andreas.
