[Debian-med-packaging] Packaged Colt (in git)

Hi,

I've packaged the Java library Colt, which is a dependency of IGV. The
git repository is here:
git+ssh://alioth.debian.org/git/debian-med/colt.git

I'd appreciate someone giving it a look over.

It unfortunately includes some files from HEP AIDA, whose license is
non-free (LGPL except military). There is a free implementation of
AIDA, named JAIDA:
http://java.freehep.org/jaida/

Other FreeHEP libraries are packaged for Debian, but JAIDA is not.
