Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

gentle FTBFS on the autobuilders:

TStorage.h:19:40: error: /usr/include/mysql/mysql.h: No such file or directory
[...]
TStorage.h:172: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of 'MYSQL' with no type
TStorage.h:172: error: expected ';' before '*' token

Could you please add libmysql-client to its build dependencies and
double check (via pbuilder or the like) that nothing else is missing?
