Hi, 

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install. 

From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

  Selecting previously deselected package gnumed-client-de.

  Unpacking gnumed-client-de (from .../gnumed-client-de_0.7.4-1_all.deb) ...
  Setting up gnumed-client-de (0.7.4-1) ...
  chgrp: invalid group: `gnumed'
  dpkg: error processing gnumed-client-de (--configure):
   subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   gnumed-client-de
  E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
