[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#572819: aeskulap: Stop installing libtool .la files

Hi,

aeskulap currently ships .la files. There's a release goal to remove them
from the archive when possible, and in the aeskulap case it's OK to
remove them, so please do so.

Also, this is blocking gconfmm2.6 from doing the same.
