[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#595524: RM: mgltools-bhtree [hppa] -- RoQA; cannot be autobuilt

mgltools-bhtree is currently out-of-date on hppa, because there are no 
non-free autobuilders available for this architecture. Therefore, the 
package cannot migrate to testing.

Please remove hppa binaries.
