Hi!

Configuring the package with --enable-dummy works on powerpc (tested
on pescetti.debian.org).
But:

configure: WARNING: The "dummy" implementation is a portable ANSI C
reference implementation.
configure: WARNING: It is slow, and is not intended for production use.

Maybe it's better to have a slower version on powerpc than no hmmer at all?
