Package: libvxl1-dev
Version: 1.14.0-1
Os Kubuntu 10.10 for i386

Steps by reproduction:
1. install package libvxl1-dev.
sudo aptitude install libvxl1-dev

2. Go to in headers dir and see tree (only 'core' and v3p interest):
cd /usr/include/vxl
tree -d
|-- core
| |-- testlib
| `-- vnl
| `-- algo
|-- v3p
| `-- netlib
| |-- blas
| |-- datapac
| |-- eispack
| |-- lapack
| | |-- complex16
| | |-- double
| | |-- single
| | `-- util
| |-- laso
| |-- linalg
| |-- linpack
| |-- mathews
| |-- minpack
| |-- napack
| |-- opt
| |-- sparse
| |-- temperton
| `-- toms

But in VXL documents core and v3p have other dir also:
http://public.kitware.com/vxl/doc/release/books/core/book_15.html#SEC175
/vcl
          core/vnl
              /vul
              /vbl
              /vil
              /vgl
              /vsl
             …
          v3p/netlib
             /jpeg

And if see in svn trunk core have mani other dirs:
