[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#543696: new version this summer

Dear fans of mgltools at Debian/Ubuntu out there,

some few extra weeks down the road there will be another
upstream release. Andreas was already so kind to
perform an update at least on the svn, many thanks
for that, I personally am too busy for an interim
reaction to the glut removal.

So, the summer will bring some relief.
