[Debian-med-packaging] Patch to build MetaVelved with system's zlib.

Dear Daniel,

As you know, Debian distributes Velvet (you can see how much our
users installed the package at http://qa.debian.org/popcon-graph.php?packages=velvet ).

We were deligted to see commit e0a699486c33663e7d2fc9291050f27a476ea521 that
made building Velved by default on the system's Zlib.  We are considering
distributing the contributed MetaVelvet binary together with Velvet, and ported
the changes to build MetaVelvet on the system's Zlib as well.  Would you consider
applying the attached patch in a future release ?
