I'm currently on vacation, and don't have a reliable enough internet
connection :)

I'll be back home in September (not sure about the exact date) -- but after a
quick look, I can say it was broken by the Alioth change. In fact, the
post-commit hook runs various things on wagner, while the working SVN repository
is on vasks. So the changes aren't reflected to the website, and will
eventually be overwritten by the next sync between the two machines.

There were some proposals about syncing vasks with wagner, so that repository
hooks could work again. Has this changed at all? ([1][2] and other similar
messages)

Maybe we need to ping the Alioth team harder, or did I miss an announcement
about this?
