[Debian-med-packaging] python-pynast_1.1-3_amd64.changes REJECTED

Dear Maintainer,

I'm going to reject this as there doesn't seem to be any form of upgrade path
from the python-pynast binary package name to the pynast binary package name.
There doesn't appear to be any form of Provides/Replaces/Conflicts at all and
I'm fairly sure there should be or that you should be providing a transitional
package.
