Update config.{guess,sub}. You have several options:
- carry a patch for those (but that's silly, nobody cares about the
outdated version you would be patching this way, it should just die).
- refresh the files in clean, so that the source package you prepare
have an updated copy.
- refresh the files during build, and remove them in clean, so that
they don't show up in the diff.
Make sure you B-D on autotools-dev for the last options. Out of the
blue, my favourite choice would likely be the third option.
