[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#651983: qiime: Recommends: not available 'cd-hit' package

Hi there!

One colleague asked me to install CD-HIT [1][2] on the squeeze machine
we have in the lab and I wdiscovered that there is no Debian package, but
still it is referenced by qiime:
