[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#647787: Simply remove libavifile-dev [Was: r8977 - trunk/packages/vxl/trunk/debian]

Hi Andreas,

  My understanding of #647787 was that avifile dep was fine for now. I
was planning to remove vxl-avifile binding only *after* wheezy is
released. This would leave some time to upstream to fix vxl-ffmpeg
binding since my suggested patch has still not been integrated
upstream.
