[Debian-med-packaging] Please foreward patch to ncbi-blast+ authors

Hi,

I created a patch to fix bug #644237 which can be easily viewed at

   http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/debian-med/trunk/packages/ncbi-blast%2B/trunk/debian/patches/do_not_output_everything_to_stderr.patch?revision=9075&view=markup

but I did not easily found an e-mail address to forward this solution
neither in the source code, nor in the packaging information nor at the
homepage.  Admittedly I did not digged very long - it was just not
obvious.  Does anybody maintain some contact and can easily foreward
this upstream (and if it is successfull enter this address as
Upstream-Contact into debian/copyright).
