[Debian-med-packaging] Please foreward patch to ncbi-blast+ authors

[Aaron Ucko]

In response to a user complaint (http://bugs.debian.org/644237),
Debian's ncbi-blast+ package incorporates a patch to let
update_blastdb.pl send any requested progress reports to standard
output, reserving standard error for actual error messages.

Could you please consider applying it?
