[Debian-med-packaging] Help with new version of Sofa-Framework

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for the fix, the get-orig-source target is working for me.

I added a missing build dependency and added a patch to make linking
against a system newmat library possible.
It should compile well, but the installation targets in debian/rules have
to be updated.
