[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#653365: (no subject)

reading the response on the dcmtk bug
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=510120 it seems that it
will not be fixed.
So it would be great if you could apply the missing-links.patch to the
debian package to work around dcmtk's issue.
