See my remarks according your commit in previous mail.

The clean target usually cleans up
debian/<packagename(s)>
as well as removing some debhelper created files in debian/. It does
not remove any other files in your build directory. It also calls some
"make clean" or "make distclean" or something like this, but in your
case you probably need to provide some code which cleans up your build
directory so that after this you get the very same state as after unpacking
the upstream source tarball.

What exactly do you mean with "clean svn dir"? If you are talking about
your building tree than you need to specify exactly these commands which
are used after any build process to clean up. (Is there anything like
"ant clean" or so??? I'm quite Java illiterate, sorry?)
Kind regards
Andreas.
