[Debian-med-packaging] ACLs for Debian Med repository (Re: Bug#632460: dicomscope: hardcoded dependency on libssl0.9.8)

Hello,

it seems that the ACLs previosely set on Alioth to grant commit access
to every Debian Developer to Debian Med SVN / Git was not taken over to
the new host.  Could you please enable this again?

BTW, the same seems to be true for the SVN of the "Debian Pure Blends"
project:  Also here any DD should have commit permissions.
