Dear Cédric,

T-Coffee is distributed in Debian on a variety of architectures, and I recently
realised that, at least since version 8.84, on ARM EABI (armel) it never exits
and keeps consuming 100 % of the CPU.

At the following URLs, you can see the a strace that I made with version 8.84,
as well as a build log for 8.99, where t_coffee hangs after being started by
./bin/test.pl.

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=631249#5
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=t-coffee&arch=armel&ver=8.99-1&stamp=1308675153

Do you see something that can be easiliy corrected ?

Have a nice day,
