Dear Tabix developers,
we started to redistribute tabix on Debian.
The default compiler in our development branch is GCC 4.6, and with it the
compilation of tabix gives the following warning:
bgzf.c:630:8: warning: variable 'count' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
The full build log is available at:
http://git.debian.org/?p=debian-med/tabix.git;a=blob;f=amd64.log;h=c4b1a381dda090c632e3fc52083722e448f7ae97;hb=meta
In my understanding, this warning will become an error in a future update of
the Debian GCC package, causing tabix to fail to build. Can you address this
compiler warning in your next release ?
Have a nice day,
