* cadxcore/itk/itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h and cadxcore/itk/itkVTKImageToImageFilter.h
  are copyright Insight Consortium, licensed under Apache-2.0 or BSD depending
  on the version used, see http://www.itk.org/ITK/project/license.html
* cadxcore/main/controllers/dcmtk/{libi2d,ofstd} are copyright OFFIS, with the following terms:
    THIS SOFTWARE IS MADE AVAILABLE,  AS IS,  AND OFFIS MAKES NO WARRANTY                                                                                   
    REGARDING  THE  SOFTWARE,  ITS  PERFORMANCE,  ITS  MERCHANTABILITY  OR

There could be more I didn't spot, though.
Please fix your copyright file.
