I don't consider it as a good idea to keep zope-cms in the archive
without a maintainer who tests the package with new zope2.12. zope2.12
introduced quite some backwards-incompatible changes, thus there's no
guarantee that zope2 products which worked with earlier zope2
versions, still work with zope2.12.
In case nobody volunteers to test and maintain the package, I'm much
in favour of dropping it from the archive.
