[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#650116: libvtkgdcm-tools: build-deps and links to libmysqlclient-dev with no usage of libmysqlclient

Its very unclear why gdcm build-depends on libmysqlclient-dev. I don't
see any actual usage of mysql symbols anywhere in the package, though
for some reason the library is installed and linked to the utilities.
