Hi Thorsten,

According to Policy chapter 4.4:

  The maintainer name and email address used in the changelog should be the
  details of the person uploading this version.

But perhaps what your are doing is use DMPT <debian-med-packaging at lists.alioth.debian.org>
(which is not a person) as a placeholder in the SVN until the upload ?
