Hi again,

my main motivation for lowering the severity is to avoid that volunteers who
want to help Debian by fixing grave bugs will spend their time on reviewing
these ones, because what we need there is to take a decision.  Then the
resolution will be trivial.

Regardless the administrative severity, it seems that we are working on solving
the problem anyway :)
