[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#640097: autodocktools 1.5.6~rc1+cvs.201 on sid throw some warning on console during start

Dear Maintainer,
I´ve tried successfull to start autodocktools(version see summary) from
console, but htere are some warnings during startup(I am on a virtual machine
with no 3D abilities->run stable than):
