It looks like if I remove razers/paramChooser from the list of targets, razers
is built anyway.  Currently, sequan-apps contains the following programs:
/usr/bin/dfi
/usr/bin/pair_align
/usr/bin/micro_razers
/usr/bin/seqan_tcoffee
/usr/bin/seqcons
/usr/bin/razers
/usr/bin/tree_recon
Is there a sequan user (Soeren ? Bastian ?) who could tell us if distributing
seqan 1.3 witout building razers/paramChooser would be acceptable for the moment ?
The current upstream Subversion trunk has switched to cmake in the meantime…
