Not being the maintainer nor a user of SeqAn applications, I do not feel like
renaming programs. But the lead uploader looks MIA…
For the moment, I will defer any decision and propose to distribute the new
programs in /usr/lib/sequan/bin in the next package update that I am preparing.
Feedback from users of SeqAn applications would be greatly appreciated.
