Honestly, I personally was not really aware of 4.9 and I do not think
that there is a strong need to explicitely point on this.  Once I
learned this from you I might consider regarding it but I do not
consider this of *practical* relevance - up to now each team member was
able to successfully get the source of a team maintained package...

Package is on the way to the mirrors.  In my first attempt I (for sure!)
missed the '-sa' switch - just fixing this and will upload once the
reject of the wrong upload has happened ...
