[Debian-med-packaging] CIFPARSE-OBJ lacks scripts for building docs

Dear CIFPARSE-OBJ team!

Thank you for providing the CIFPARSE-OBJ library for mmCIF parsing.

I am building the library from source now, and have noticed that

 make doc

fails because

 etc/createdoc.sh

(called by util/doc.sh) is not in the archive (I have downloaded cifparse-obj-v7.100-prod-src.tar.gz from [1]).

* Could you please release a version where building the documentation is also included in the archive?
