Hi,

examples/cad23-fil.hssp contains the following:

 AVAILABLE  Free academic use. Commercial users must apply for license.                                                                                        
 AVAILABLE  No inclusion in other databanks without permission.

which is obviously non-free.
Sorry for not having spotted this issue during my first review :(
