Hi Tim,

just a heads up / pull request for my changes I did in rdp_classifier.
It is now lintian clean and policy conform.  Please check svn log for
explanations if needed.

BTW, I checked whether ReadSeq.jar it has something to do with

   http://iubio.bio.indiana.edu/soft/molbio/readseq/java/

but it looks totally different.  So whoever owns the code it is in any
case a bad choice for the name.
