[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#695831: med-pharma: uninstallable in sid, needs migration to med-tasks 1.13.1

Hi,

I guess I should reassign this bug to ftp.debian.org to manually remove
this binary package which is not created by any source package any more
because as an effect of #694424 the former renaming was reverted.

Is this OK or am I missing something?

Kind regards

        Andreas.
