[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#697073: dcmtk: dcmdjpeg fails to decode a lossless JPEG

The following lossless JPEG/DICOM file cannot be decompressed by dcmdjpeg:

$ dcmdjpeg lena.dcm raw.dcm
F: Bogus Huffman table definition: decompressing file: lena.dcm


I have left the Adobe marker for now. Using something like:

$ jhead -purejpg lena.jpg

makes the problem even harder (seems like color space is lost)
