[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#658307: minc: build-dependencies uninstallable

Source: minc
Version: 2.1.00-2
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
minc can't be built anymore, because:
minc (= 2.1.0-2) build-depends on one of:
- libhdf5-mpi-dev (= 1.8.8-6)
minc (= 2.1.0-2) build-depends on one of:
- libnetcdf-dev (= 1:4.1.1-6+b1)
libhdf5-mpi-dev (= 1.8.8-6) depends on one of:
- libhdf5-openmpi-dev (= 1.8.8-6)
libnetcdf-dev (= 1:4.1.1-6+b1) depends on one of:
- libnetcdf6 (= 1:4.1.1-6+b1)
libhdf5-openmpi-dev (= 1.8.8-6) depends on one of:
- libhdf5-openmpi-7 (= 1.8.8-6)
libnetcdf6 (= 1:4.1.1-6+b1) depends on one of:
- libhdf5-7 (= 1.8.8-6)
libhdf5-7 (= 1.8.8-6) and libhdf5-openmpi-7 (= 1.8.8-6) conflict
See https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=minc
Cheers,
Julien
