Well, what your are summerizing with a "voila" is quite a bit of work
and the further investigation another piece of work if not familiar with
QT build issues on kfreebsd..  I admit that my priorities are set in a
way that other problems in the Debian Med project are ranked higher at
the moment.  So if anybody could provide a patch that's perfectly fine
but I will not be able to spend the needed time in the next couple of
weeks.
