Hi Marc,

I hope to reduce the noise about this a bit, thanks for your patience.

I'll add Aaron as upstream contact point to the package metainformation.
Hope this is correct.

It turned out that we got some fix some hours ago from Peter Green who
was a bit direct in his wording but kind enough to help out with code.
It might be that Andrew was pissed of by the wording however, from my
point of view provided code matters more than careful wording. You
might like to have a look at

http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/debian-med/trunk/packages/libhmsbeagle/trunk/debian/patches/disable_cpu_sse_plugin.patch?revision=9433&view=markup

I guess this would probably be quite similar to Aaron's solution and
works for us. For the next released tag I will keep on using your
upstream code but for the moment this seemed to be the more simple
approach.

Unfortunately Peter was pretty right in his assessment concerning my
skills concerning hardware programming like SSE and thus unfortunately
I can not really help here. My answer goes to Debian Med list - perhaps
somebody else might be able to help.

Thanks Aaron. ;-)

Kind regards and thanks for your help

       Andreas.
