[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#658174: src:activiz.net: FTBFS on armel and kfreebsd-i386

It looks like 1:1.0~git20111123-4 tried to resolve this by disabling
doxygen in arch-dep builds.  Unfortunately, it now FTBFS on more
architectures (at least i386 and powerpc so far):
