Just to make sure I understood the plan correctly:  Is Emboss 6.4.0 or
6.5.0 our target release.  I just checked their website and have not
seen anything newer than 6.4.0.  So I'd suggest to push packages 6.4.0
as *soon* as possible.  Charles, please coordinate what needs to be done
(besides this issue).
