Thanks, it is in Debian now.

Our package tests, which have many eagle eyes, reported a typo in
usr/bin/fastq_masker: paramter instead of parameter.  Also, the package could
not be built on i386 platforms with a Hurd kernel.

This is not critical at the moment, but might reveal potential portability
