[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#673527: mira-assembler: update to libtcmalloc-minimal4

This package depends on libtcmalloc-minimal0 from google-perftools in
'testing'.  I am going to replace the 'testing' version with the latest one in
'sid' for the comming 'Wheezy' release.  Please consider upgrading to
libtcmalloc-minimal4.
