[Debian-med-packaging] BioJava Provides [Was: r10959 - trunk/packages/biojava/trunk/debian]

Just some quick info on biojava packaging:

biojava 1.8: some sources are missing in source archive. I am in
discussion in biojava mailing list...
The issue is 1.8 depends on sources in 3.x


biojava 3: I have started packaging BUT there are some dependencies not
in Debian (forester:http://code.google.com/p/forester/)
So, I will have first topackage it (if possible), and see if there are
other dependencies).
