mafft still can't migrate (along with ampliconnoise/armhf) because that
would break ampliconnoise/ia64. I think that's my first such case, so I'm
not sure what to do. Maybe remove ampliconnoise/ia64 from testing?

As far as britney hints are concerned, I think arch-specific removals
can't reallly be done without manual hacking, so maybe remove
ampliconnoise from testing, and it will migrate again (possibly in the
same run), with armhf added and ia64 removed (compared to what we
currently have in testing)?
