I guess the problem here is the strict versioned dependency from
med-config and med-tasks.  Currently there is no way to create
transitional packages with blends-dev.  So I think the most simple way
to fix the problem is to simply to revert the name change (which is
not the most important thing) and find a better way for changing names
later.  I'll do so the day after tomorrow.
