[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#688952: ginkgocadx: Package appears to be non-free

Dear team members,

Just to double check on the course of action regarding #688952:

As far as upstream is concerned there is no issue so unless there are any 
objections I'm going to lower bug severity to avoid giving release team wrong 
impression regarding criticality of this bug.

Do we need to do anything else?
