[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#689111: additional info on password

Password set in "clear" in postinst is only a template with default
values set at first-time install.
User/Admin must update values to a correct db user to access the database.

This is needed because application setup needs a password information.

Password echoed at this step is not a security flaw.
