Dear Laszlo,

I think that it would be help if the upstream authors would confirm that they
agree that the Debian archive qualifies for the above clause.  In our case,
what is "reasonably secure" is that on default installs the packages in the
non-free area are not available, and conversely, experienced users who would
include this area or download the package directly are expected to understand
that "non-free" means that they must read the license in order to confirm that
they can use the software or not.

(I think that point 8 is about offering remote execution as a service, without
possibility to copy the source or the executable).
